We have a huge range of innovative hand made canapés some to cook & serve, others to simply thaw & serve; Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef and horseradish, mini toad in the hole and individual mini beef Wellington's amongst the most popular together with vegetarian options such as brie and cranberry filo tartlets and blue cheese tartlet with red onion marmalade.

Filo king prawns, tempura prawns, Thai crab cakes, prawn skewers, together with a range of dips and sauces make quick and easy buffet additions.

Of course if you wish to make your own we have an enormous range of canapé cups to fill yourself including cones, spoons and waves - all to give that stunning wow factor once filled and decorated.

Plentiful varieties of canapé biscuits also on stock - mini toasts, pumpernickel rounds to name but a few and of course our cheese soldiers which are uncooked pastry wafers in a variety of five delicious and moreish flavours including parmesan and anchovy or stilton and olive. Supplied frozen you simply bake them off for ten minutes to serve warm or can be cooked in advance and stored in an air tight container and will keep crisp for two to three days - though we advise to lock the tin!!

Fillings are also available in the form of pates, mousses and foams in meat, fish and vegetable!

Some of our canapés can be made up into starters but we do have a range of homemade starters and tartlets to save you time in a busy kitchen and ideal for weddings and functions. some are simply defrost and serve and others to cook for 10 to 15 minutes. All very competitively priced and range from individual game terrines with port to goats cheese and red onion marmalade tart
