Traditionally fishmongers were always game dealers and Vin Sullivans is no exception having been a major processor of game sourced locally and from the Border and Marches regions.

Fresh game is available in season (details of seasons can be found in our catalogue) with a full range of species cuts and preparations, Vin Sullivans are licensed for the handling and cutting of poultry and game (EC TJ006 UK).

Frozen game is now available all year round including wild boar venison and hare.

Ever popular, and again for this year is a range of game medallions including 'Trios' which are 60g medallions - one each of hare, wild boar and venison - also available in this range of portion control but packed in 2 x 90g are; Venison, wild boar, pheasant, rabbit and hare. Easy to cook, very competitively priced and guaranteed tender and full of flavour.

A full range of fresh and frozen poultry including corn fed chicken, guinea fowl, duck, squab pigeon, goose, quail and turkey are available in a variety of cuts and poussin and some can be boned or stuffed with a variety of stuffings.

In addition to imported poultry we have a full range of British ducks and chicken in a huge variety of cuts and preparations both standard and free range - which are available to order.

Hot and cold smoked chicken and chicken fillet, duck breast, goose breast and turkey are available throughout the year

We even stock smoked foie gras and the increasingly popular foie gras slices - a ready deveined and cryogenically frozen escallop available in either 1oz to 2oz or 2oz to 3oz in weight which can be cooked from frozen- no waste and total portion control. This type of preparation is so popular it has overtaken sales of fresh foie gras, even in France!!
